We do not guarantee:

• MDCAT scores
• Admissions
• Merit positions
• Academic results
• Selections
• Career outcomes

Individual performance depends on multiple factors including personal effort, consistency, preparation, and external examination conditions.

Accounts & Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and intended for individual use only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing accounts
• Sharing login credentials
• Simultaneous unauthorized access
• Reselling access
• Allowing third parties to use your account

Violation may result in:

• Immediate permanent suspension
• Termination of access
• Cancellation of subscriptions
• Denial of refunds

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on Mentr — including lectures, videos, books, notes, PDFs, MCQs, tests, graphics, branding, logos, study materials, and platform content — is the intellectual property of Mentr Private Limited and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may access content solely for personal educational use.

You may not:

• Record or screen-record
• Download or upload
• Sell, sublicense, or share
• Leak or commercially exploit any content without written permission

Anti-Piracy & Content Protection

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Taking unauthorized screenshots or screen recordings
• Sharing paid materials
• Leaking MCQs or tests
• Distributing content on Telegram or other platforms
• AI scraping or AI model training using Mentr content
• Unauthorized copying or redistribution of any educational material

Mentr reserves the right to:

• Permanently terminate accounts
• Revoke access without refund
• Pursue legal action
• Report violations to relevant authorities where necessary

Sessions & Mentorship

Mentr may provide:

• Live sessions
• Recorded sessions
• Mentorship programs
• WhatsApp support
• Leaderboards
• Community discussions

Session timings, mentors, instructors, structures, and schedules may change where operationally necessary.

Mentorship and educational guidance are advisory in nature and should not be interpreted as guarantees of academic success.

Community Guidelines

Users participating in WhatsApp groups, mentorship chats, discussions, leaderboards, or community spaces must maintain respectful and professional conduct.

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment
• Abusive language
• Cheating
• Impersonation
• Spam
• Offensive conduct
• Disruption of sessions
• Hacking attempts
• Sharing unauthorized material

Mentr reserves the right to:

• Moderate communities
• Remove content
• Remove participants
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate access without notice

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain services may require payment.

Mentr may offer:

• Fixed-duration access
• Subscription-based plans
• Installment plans
• Discounts
• Scholarships
• Promotional offers

Subscriptions or access periods may renew upon successful fee submission where applicable. Failure to complete payments or installments may result in suspension or restriction of access.

Duplicate payments verified by Mentr will be refunded accordingly.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
