Digital Sessions & Educational Services

Users may request a refund within 7 days from the date a session, subscription, or educational service begins.

Refund eligibility applies only if:

• Substantial content has not been consumed
• Platform access has not been significantly utilized
• Downloadable or restricted resources have not been misused
• No policy violations have occurred

After 7 days from the start of the service, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed services
• Suspended or terminated accounts
• Violations of platform policies
• Piracy or account-sharing violations
• Misuse of services
• Unauthorized distribution of content

Books & Physical Products

Books may be eligible for refund or replacement only if returned in original condition.

Refunds will not be issued if books are:

• Damaged
• Torn
• Written on
• Heavily used
• Returned in non-original condition

Return & Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Example: If a book costs Rs. 2,500 plus delivery charges, only the book amount may be refunded where applicable.

Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate payments made accidentally may be refunded after review and verification.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment channels, or operational circumstances.

Right to Refuse Refunds

Mentr reserves the right to refuse refund requests that:

• Violate this policy
• Fall outside the allowed timeframe
• Involve misuse of services
• Involve policy violations
• Fail eligibility requirements
